Yes, pre-auction inspections are allowed and highly recommended.


There is no statutory warranty. However, many vehicles may still have the balance of their original new car warranty, depending on the year model and kilometres travelled.


This depends on your status and the vehicle:

  • Private Buyers: A vehicle with current NSW registration comes with a NSW Roadworthy Certificate. Interstate registered, unregistered, or vehicles without plates are sold without a roadworthy.
  • Licensed Dealers: Do not receive a Roadworthy Certificate.

Yes, all vehicles sold by this licensed motor vehicle auction come with a guaranteed clear title.


Yes. However, clear funds must be showing in the Auto Auction account before the vehicle can be released. A payment receipt or remittance advice is not accepted as proof of payment.


Yes, credit cards are accepted but fees apply. If using a debit card, no fees apply.


The standard term is 2 working days. However, you can contact the auction sales office to arrange a time extension.


Yes, the final auction price for a used vehicle includes GST.


Yes, private sellers can consign their vehicles to the auction (fees apply). An agreed reserve price will be set.


The highest bid will be submitted to the seller (Vendor) for their approval. They can choose to accept or reject the offer.
