- Via Email: Every email we send includes a visible and easy-to-use unsubscribe link at the bottom.
- Via SMS: If you receive text messages from us, you can opt out of future SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

Request Deletion or De-identification of Your Data
You may request that we delete or permanently de-identify your personal information. We will comply with your request unless we are required by law to retain it, or where it is necessary to keep it for the lawful purpose for which it was collected (for example, to meet contractual obligations or legal retention periods).
If we cannot comply with your request, we will explain why in writing, in accordance with OAIC guidance.
